NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL

Young ChangeMakers Grant

Have a cool idea that can contribute to the community? The Young ChangeMakers Grant supports youth-initiated projects that benefit the Singapore community and society.

  • Singaporean/PR residing locally

  • 15-35 years old

  • Application period: At least 6 weeks before project commencement

NATIONAL COUNCIL AGAINST DRUG ABUSE

DrugFreeSG Fund

NCADA’s DrugFreeSG fund promotes ground-up anti-drug initiatives, and encourages advocates and community groups to take on a greater role in the fight against drug abuse, through the provision of funding support.

NATIONAL HERITAGE BOARD

Heritage Participation Grant

NHB's Heritage Participation Grant aims to support and enable a wide range of participants to step forth and take the initiative to promote and foster a deeper sense of appreciation of our shared heritage.

SINGAPORE KINDNESS MOVEMENT

Seed Kindness Fund

Are you the youth with a great idea for a project to spread kindness? We want to help you make it happen. At the Singapore Kindness Movement, we're always on the lookout for creative and clever ideas that will help make the world a better and kinder place.

HDB's Friendly Faces, Lively Places Fund encourages residents to initiate community-driven place-making projects that develop stronger place identity in their neighbourhoods.

Presentation and Participation Grant

(General)

The Presentation and Participation Grant supports the presentation of arts activities and works that express and enrich our artistic diversity, as well as increase arts appreciation and participation in Singapore.

Call For Ideas Fund

NEA’s Call for Ideas Fund  supports projects that seek to resolve environmental challenges and problems in the local community, and the development of mobile applications which enable open and easy access to environmental information.

NATIONAL HERITAGE BOARD

Heritage Project Grant

NHB's Heritage Project Grant aims to provide a higher level of support for projects with the potential to make a significant and lasting contribution to Singapore’s heritage scene. This grant also encourages a stronger and more sustained ground ownership of heritage projects.

SINGAPORE KINDNESS MOVEMENT

Ground-Up Movement Funding

SKM's Ground-Up Movement Funding grant encourages informal and self-organised groups to start or sustain their self-initiated voluntary projects on promoting the message of kindness to different communities or address more specific social issues.

OCBC BANK

#OCBCCares Fund for the Environment

The #OCBCCares Fund for the Environment commits S$100,000 annually to support ground-up initiatives that enhance environmental sustainability in Singapore.

CoLab4Good Fund

CoLab4Good provides funding support and developmental opportunities for youth who aspire, as global citizens and future leaders, to make positive and meaningful impact in the community.

MCCY’s Our Singapore Fund supports the ideas that you’re passionate about to bring our community together, and promote our Singapore Spirit and shared values.

NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AGENCY

Towards Zero Waste Grant

This grant supports ground-up initiatives that drive waste reduction and recycling in any of the three key waste streams – packaging waste, food waste and electrical and electronic waste (e-waste) – or encourage households to recycle more and/or recycle right.

National Youth Fund

(Youth Leadership Development)

The National Youth Fund supports outstanding youth leaders pursuing training and development in reputable local and international platforms, so they can lead community initiatives or start positive social movements.

LearnSG Seed Fund

The LearnSG Seed Fund aims to encourage community-led learning projects from individuals and organisations that will contribute towards building a culture of lifelong learning in Singapore.

  • Below 18 years old may apply through their schools

  • Application period: At least 2 months before project commencement

OCTAVA FOUNDATION

Dare to Dream Grant

This grant seeks to partner social purpose organisation including ground-up initiatives to support underprivileged children and youth to attain educational and vocational qualifications, as well as to develop their social emotional assets to enable them to have confidence in their own abilities and to be competent adults.

The Active Enabler Programme supports innovative, ground-up/community oriented initiatives that encourage everyone to celebrate National Day through sports and demonstrate sports as a 'force for good'.​
