Temasek Foundation

The Oscar fund by Temasek Foundation aims to help communities uplift the vulnerable and foster an environment of care through ground-up, self-help philanthropic initiatives by citizens and residents. This is an extension and expansion of the original Oscar@Sg Fund previously administered by Temasek Trust.

National Youth Council

Have a cool idea that can contribute to the community? The Young ChangeMakers Grant supports youth-initiated projects that benefit the Singapore community and society.​

The National Youth Fund supports outstanding youth leaders pursuing training and development in reputable local and international platforms, so they can lead community initiatives or start positive social movements.

National Heritage Board

NHB's Heritage Project Grant aims to provide a higher level of support for projects with the potential to make a significant and lasting contribution to Singapore’s heritage scene. This grant also encourages a stronger and more sustained ground ownership of heritage projects.

Lee Kuan Yew Fund for Bilingualism

Housing & Development Board

The Community Integration Fund supports ground-up projects that create opportunities for locals and foreigners to interact and better understand each other, as well as help newcomers better adapt to Singapore society, norms and values.​

  • All can apply through registered organisations

National Council of Social Service

NCSS' 4ST Partnership Fund aims to mobilise the sector to develop solutions that promote innovation, collaboration and empowerment, with the end outcome of improving the quality of life of service users - including Families, Children and Youth, Persons with Mental Health Conditions and Caregivers, amongst others.

  • For Seed Funding: Ground-up groups/ Individuals will need to collaborate with another individual/ Social Service Agency (SSA)/ Social Enterprise (SE)/ Ground-up group to submit an application.
  • For Grow Funding: The lead applicant must be an NCSS member with IPC status. Ground-up groups/ Individuals can be a co-applicant of the programme.
